Blueberries & Primroses
Today's breakfast consisted of Healthy Blueberry Breakfast Cake w/Apricot Jam Topping & decorated with Evening Primrose blossoms, borage flowers, and peppermint sprigs.
This was followed by Lemony Quinoa (flavored with apple juice and lemongrass) with Maple-Sauteed Apples. The trick to this recipe is to caramelize the sugars in the maple syrup at the end.
Not the prettiest dish, but by far one of the guest favorites every time!
