Sunday's Culinary Creation

First Course:

Maple-Ginger Waffles drizzled with maple syrup, blueberry-lavender-lemon verbena jam (See? It's MULTI-purpose! *grin*), and sprinkled with a generous helping of fresh local boysenberries! The plate was then garnished with borage & chocolate mint flowers.

Second Course:

An individual melon cup with sliced chocolate mint, & local blueberries and boysenberries.
