Stalking the Good Life

(Yup, Euell Gibbons fan here)

Baby beet greens salad with baby beets, fresh goat/sheep's milk feta, single varietal Arbequina olive oil, 20-year-old balsamic, with a still-warm-from-the-oven freshly-baked (with that perfect crust!) sourdough loaf to soak up the leftovers! I love my farm! 

P.S. - Dinner is BBQ'd (grass-fed, all natural) steaks from our rancher up the road, along with mashed turnips, and sauteed kale & onions from the garden!
